- Post‑conveyance obligations (e.g., rehab timelines, code compliance, site plans, occupancy, affordability, or community benefit requirements) may apply and will be detailed in the purchase agreement, deed restrictions, or development agreement.
- Failure to meet obligations may result in remedies including reversion, repurchase, or other enforcement permitted by law.
